Image Module: Paradigm Styles: Need to set image width to 100%
Posted past bbater on Oct 7, 2014 at 11:37pm
I have spent over two hours this night searching the Drupal site, and Groups, especially this one, to no avail. My concluding resort is to create this word.
I have a Content Type with an image field defined. I am able to apply an image style to this if I wish, using Image Styles. Yet, Paradigm Styles only allows specification of width and tiptop in pixels. How can I set width=100%?
All help gratefully received.
TIA,
bbater

How to do a magazine style layout short
Posted past Anonymous on October 3, 2012 at 1:55pm
What I wanted to do was be able to layout images on a page in such a way that I could control the placement and size. I couldn't reallly find anything on this for Drupal vii. This will but work for ane prototype size and image per node, merely that was all I needed. All the same in panels you will be able to combine images. You lot will demand to know how to work with panels, views, and fields (core) for this.

Avoiding creation of duplicate images during node prototype upload
Posted by Kathelijne on August 31, 2012 at 12:55pm
Using D7, image cache is enabled
I accept a content type "promotions" that contains an paradigm field, among other fields. Users upload an paradigm using the standard "choose file - upload" which comes pre-installed with D7.
However, nosotros frequently demand the same paradigm for multiple promotions. When uploading, Drupal duplicates the image and stores them as
myimage.jpg
myimage_0.jpg
myimage_1.jpg
etc.
even though they're exactly the aforementioned image (filesize, proper noun & all)

DICOM image support?
Posted by jessehs on July 18, 2012 at 4:32am
I'm wondering if anyone in the Drupal community has been pioneering back up for the DICOM (medical) image format. From some preliminary googling, there seems to exist a PHP Imagemagick library that can do conversions, etc. (http://www.nanodicom.org/documentation/faq)
I'thousand working on a program that needs to shop/procedure these images for display in a web browser, as part of a web app geared towards facilitating Ultrasound reporting. Any help or info in this avenue would exist greatly appreciated!

Posted past Dollowmite on July 10, 2012 at five:19pm
I'm new to Drupal, and so my wording and knowledge might be off. My trouble is that I'thou using some images for the design of my site and they are non showing up. I'm using Dev Desktop and Drupal 7. The ones in my css are showing up, but not the ones in the page.tpl.php are not. Is there a special location where I demand to put my paradigm folder or path that I need to create. Right now I have information technology in the sites/all/themes/myTheme folder.

Hullo, thanks to all by reading this: I´yard working with drupal half-dozen, I explain you lot:
I show the uploaded images of a detail content with thumbnails, when I do click at the thumbnail it takes you to the road of the image (thumbnails linked to paradigm). What I desire to do is to bear witness the full image and write comments down of information technology. Like FACEBOOK Epitome MODULE.
Is at that place whatever effect or any way to make this?

Bulk upload of photos as nodes related to a gallery
Posted by yelvington on January iv, 2012 at 5:27pm
I'm close to last that D7 is a nonstarter for a projection that I take in mind. Please tell me I'm wrong. Here'southward what I want:
-
Images are nodes, so they can exist commented, nodequeued, RSS'ed, etc. This seems pretty straightforward.
-
Galleries are nodes and then they, besides, can accept all the node goodness. Images comprise references to their parent galleries. This, as well, seems pretty straightforward.
-
Bulk upload of images, creating their nodes and assigning them to their parent galleries. [Neglect]

How to attach already uploaded images to nodes, limiting the sources
Posted by marcoscano on July 19, 2011 at 12:57pm
Hi all, but a quick aid needed nearly attaching images to nodes. I'm using D7 and have a custom content type with a mandatory image field, configured with a default paradigm to exist used, in case the user uploads none. Then far it'south OK, simply apart from these ii situations, I need to integrate a middle i: if a user has no paradigm to upload, he/she must be able to cull between some 8 or 10 pre-selected images, bachelor on the server and shown on the node edif form as thumbnails.

Creating a derivative image with perspective outcome
Posted by kairospoia on July 10, 2011 at 12:14am
I'm working on a project where I need to append user submitted images to a specific background prototype as an overlay. The claiming that I have is that I need to add a slight perspective event in add-on to the overlay (i.eastward. a slight angle to the original motion-picture show to exist used as an overlay to have into account the shape of the background image). Please see the example images fastened below for the consequence I am trying to get. The original overlay image is a user submitted pattern that I would append at the back of a laptop screen.

Image Gallery per User
Posted past markwk on May 15, 2011 at 4:26pm
I've started trying to figure out a way for users to create their own galleries. Basically, they demand to be able to create an Album, and so upload images. Seems simple enough task for Drupal, simply I haven't actually plant anything that meets this need very easily. Lots of options with modules and config and views just not sure...
Whatsoever proposition for Paradigm Galleries per User?
Thanks

Profile image galleries feeding customs galleries
Posted past scuzzyworks on March 29, 2011 at 4:05pm
Ok, I am outside of my element on this one. I am working on a project where I accept created custom profiles with advanced profile kit and I have added a gallery using CCK Epitome. I am creating separate galleries Simply these galleries will be fed from the profile gallery images. Basically all I need is for the user to have a dropdown where they select the gallery they want their image to testify upwardly in. I figured I could do this with taxonomy or something like it. Whatever ideas of a module combo that would permit me to do this?

Image management, ACDSee, F-spot, Shotwell, DigiKam, IrfanView
Posted by peterx on Jan 28, 2011 at xi:49pm
ACDSee, F-spot, Shotwell, DigiKam, and IrfanView all provide some sort of image direction from basic to Pro. None of them work on the Spider web. I looked for an equivalent based on Drupal for flexibility and found null. I wrote file/image management applications before Drupal, ported some to D4, D5, D6, and am looking to starting time again in D7. Is this the right grouping to discuss image management?

Automatic Image Creation
Posted by sockah on November 16, 2010 at 4:52pm
I'm working on something for a projection involving automatically generated images and am at the conceptual stage. I would appreciate input on modules, tools, or code I should look into to implement the beneath. Thanks!
I would like to to automatically generate images from information from nodes. The source information will come from CCK fields in those nodes and will include both text and images.
For example, let's say a node includes the following information (---denotes an epitome file):
Title: A Node
Image: ---Motion-picture show i---
Epitome ii: ---Picture two---

A special type of gallery-browsing view
Posted by kirilius on August 11, 2010 at two:27am
Some modules similar Image Assist, Paradigm Browser, etc. support plugging custom views to refine the way uploaded images are browsed through. In all cases the browser will show a thumbnail of images and when the user click on 1, information technology will be inserted into an WYSWYG editor for instance. The problem is if you have hundreds of images, having them listed on 1 level (even though presented in pages) tends to be very cumbersome to piece of work with.
